The Difference between Alligators and Crocodiles
There comes a point in life when you randomly start questioning things. For example, what’s the difference between crocodiles and alligators? Well, although both of them are cold-blooded creatures who will cold-heartedly eat babies, the way they eat them will differ. Their jaws are shaped differently, and you can remember it by looking at the first letter of their names.

An alligator makes an A shape with its mouth when it’s about to eat a baby, while a crocodile makes a C shape. That’s a convenient way to remember to difference! That’s why we’re warned to stay away from crocs (not just the shoes, but also the reptiles.) See ya later, alligator.
