#41: When Life Gives You Limes…
This one totally makes sense if you think about it! A lot of things are green when they are unripe and then turn different colors as they ripen: bananas, tomatoes, strawberries, blueberries, eggplants… even some bell peppers, though edible while they’re green, become tastier if you let them sit on the plant and ripen to yellow, orange, or red.

Plus, it’s super confusing that lemons and limes are basically the same shape (although lemons are usually much larger). So why wouldn’t limes just be unripe lemons? Makes perfect sense to me and to this person. Who else is with us?
