Bush, son of former United States president George H. Bush, was in office from 2001-2009. His larger-than-life personality made him one of the most memorable presidents of modern times.

Starting off the list with an IQ of 124, he was a man of many intelligences. Not only did he attend Harvard, but he has a colorful military portfolio, having served as a pilot in the National Guard throughout the Vietnam War.
